Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”)outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund of the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with Realtro Link. This Policy is valid for a period of 60 days from the execution date of the Referral Agreement.

Refund Eligibility

a. Refunds for the sign-up fee are permissible under the following circumstances:

(i) Failure to Provide Leads by Realtro Link: If Realtro Link does not deliver any leads to the agent/broker as agreed.

(ii) Non-Exclusivity of Leads: If a lead provided to the agent/broker is not exclusive and has been shared by RealtroLink with other agents/brokers within its network.

(iii) Lead’s Reluctance to Engage in Business: If the lead(s) provided by RealtroLink show no willingness to engage in business activities within 9 months from the date of assignment.

(iv) Pre-existing Contract: If the lead assigned by RealtroLink is already under contract with the agent/broker at the time of assignment.

(v) Non-Responsiveness of Leads: Ifthe lead(s) provided by RealtroLink remains unresponsive for a continuous period of 10 working days.

(vi) Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Location: If the agent/broker chooses to accept leads from zip codes or areas outside their preferred location, such leads will be considered part of their monthly allocation and are not eligible for a refund or replacement on this basis.

Refund Procedure

a. In the case of scenario a(i)above, the agent/broker must first send a reminder to RealtroLink requesting the delivery of the lead(s). If RealtroLink fails to provide the lead(s) within one month of receiving the reminder, the agent/broker may then submit a refund claim.

b. For scenarios a(ii) to a(v),the agent/broker should promptly report the issue to RealtroLink, providing relevant evidence, and request a replacement for the lead(s). If RealtroLink fails to replace the lead(s) within one month of the report, the agent/broker may proceed to claim a refund of the sign-up fee.

Timely Reporting

The agent/broker must send the reminder or report concerns regarding lead replacement to RealtroLink within 48hours of accepting the referral. Failure to adhere to this timeline will result in the leads being deemed satisfactory and ineligible for replacement or refund.

This Refund Policy is effective as of the date mentioned above and supersedes all previous versions. By accepting the Referral Agreement with RealtroLink, you agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Policy.

Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the reimbursement terms and conditions pertaining to the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed between Realtro Link ("Company") and its referral partners ("Referral Partners"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms an integral part of the Referral Agreement.

A Referral Partner shall be entitled to a refund of the sign-up fee under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery of Leads

Failure by the Company to provide leads as stipulated in the Referral Agreement, including but not limited to, failure to deliver leads within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Lack of Exclusivity

Leads shared with multiple Referral Partners within the Company's network, thereby diminishing the value of the lead to the Referral Partner

Lead Unresponsiveness

Leads demonstrating unwillingness to engage in business transactions within nine (9) months from assignment, despite reasonable efforts by the Referral Partner to establish contact.

Pre-Existing Contractual Obligations

Leads already bound by contractual agreements with the Referral Partner, rendering the lead unusable.

Non-Responsiveness

Leads remaining unresponsive for a continuous period of ten (10) working days, despite reasonable efforts by the Referral Partner to establish contact.

Ineligible Circumstances

The following scenarios shall render a Referral Partner ineligible for a refund:

  • Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Geographic Area: Referral Partners opting to receive leads from zip codes/areas beyond their designated preferred location, thereby waiving their right to refund.
  • Failure to Comply with Referral Agreement: Referral Partners failing to comply with the terms and conditions of the Referral Agreement.

Refund Procedure and Timelines

Non-Delivery of Leads: Referral Partners must submit a written notice to the Company, requesting lead provision, within sixty (60) days of the Referral Agreement's execution date. Upon failure to deliver leads within thirty (30) days of the notice, a refund claim may be initiated.

Other Eligible Circumstances

Referral Partners must provide written notification to the Company, accompanied by supporting documentation, within forty-eight (48) hours of accepting the referral. Upon failure to replace leads within thirty (30) days of the notification, a refund claim may be submitted.

Timeline for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within the following timelines:

  • Sixty (60) days from the Referral Agreement's execution date for non-delivery of leads.
  • Thirty (30) days from the date of notification for other eligible circumstances.

By executing the Referral Agreement, Referral Partners acknowledge and consent to the terms outlined in this Policy.
